The location is EXCELLENT!!! It is a short walk from Umeda and stations. They offer connections. Shops and restaurants are nearby. The area is also quiet, away from the busy parts.

The breakfast selection lacked a buffet. The gym had limited equipment.

the service is super quick. i asked for ice and it came so fast, like in five minutes. our room felt huge, it's super clean and stocked with all things. breakfast every day was so nice! i stayed for five nights and they treat all guests well.

the gym is good but i think it needs extra tools and features. it is very important like me.

the gym has treadmills, elliptical machines, and free weights. there is also a sauna next to the gym, a relaxing treat after exercising. i think a wider equipment range would further improve the experience.
